I was told that I should train my brain to *not think about peeing or peeing when I sneezed* and that *is my issue* 🙄🤦🏼♀️I never went back.

I know you didn't show this exercise, but when I try to do bridge walks it literally feels like I'm pulling a muscle in my groin area. 😭 it scares me. is this from a pelvic floor weakness?
