I coughed like that for many years, due to severe postnasal drip. I saw many specialist, but my cardiologist, of all people suggested an azelastine nasal spray. Worked like a charm!

Have mine 13 weeks now, l drink a lot of Ginger and Turmeric Tea ,and take Ginger and Lime sweets during the day .Mine is starting to calm down now so try it if you can and l truly hope it helps you
