There’s literally a sheikh who said praying one prayer a day is better than praying none. If it’s hard for u to do 5 or to get used to doing all 5 if ur just starting to pray again.

hes saying that it's hard to go from 0 to 5 straight away and instead you should build your prayers slowly such as doing 1 a day then 2 a day then building up until you get to 5.

It’s this harshness that pushes people away. Making it harder for struggling people to wanna continue going towards deen cause “if they’re not perfect” then “there’s no point”. It’s a process. You gonna be ‘not perfect’ before you reach ‘perfect’ (perfect is in quotes cause I don’t acc mean perfect ppl cause that don’t exist)

As someone with ADHD praying is such a struggle for me.Not only do I forget Salahs or delay it because of executive disfunction when I do pray I feel like it’s not good enough because I struggle focus
