Isn't there a big difference between bike roads intended for manually pedalded bikes and electric assisted bikes VS a surron without pedals that's a purely motorized bike that can go really fast?

it is never that is an E-Bike but that so many riders go super fast. all trails around here have speed limit of 15mph and e-riders go top speed which is unsafe for all

Not an e bike that’s a motorbike. E-bikes have pedaling cranks. Pops wheelie at the end with a throttle can’t do that on an ebike. Putting non functioning cranks on a motorcycle doesn make an e-bike
