I’m 24 and just been diagnosed with PCOS & Adenomyosis, on a wait list for my laparoscopy, they’ve told me the only way to stop the Adenomyosis from getting worse is the mirena coil

if we are not Australia ,how can we get the herbal medicine for adnomyosis, the gyn did a pelvic viginal scan and i was tolf i have it .she recommended a merina coil. i get regular period ,
