I manage a quick lube shop for, without naming, the largest retail store lol we torque 3 times. twice, figure 8, 3rd torque. safety is number 1 concern

doing the job correctly! ever tried to change your wheel when got a puncture with a factory wheel brace and it's been tightened with a impact gun! Good job guys

I wish every shop did this!! The last time I had tires put on, when I changed the brakes, my impact wouldn't touch them, I snapped 2 breaker bars and an adapter trying to get the damn things off....

i so my wheel lug nuts that way, except when I get all of them torqued I go back around all of them in a circle to make sure all are torqued.
