I don't care what anyone says, the second apartment is BRILLIANT!!! For the lifestyle (high rise, location and those views) you couldn't have that much space for that price in one apartment, or if you can get in line for that waitlist of people who would be fighting for it!! Such a lucky and wonderful option!!! I think it's fantastic!!! And if you ever need/do Airbnb it, I'll come stay!!!

I don’t understand the hate-you have extra space for visitors and storage-it was cheaper to pay rent for the two apartments then moving to another 3 bedroom-it’s a brilliant idea 😊

Love the idea of second apartment especially in New York, how fantastic for your own family and when you have guests 👌 sometimes people need to keep their rude opinions to themselves.

We live away from family in U.K. and although cost here way lower we have considered a sml apartment for visitors . If you have a lot it makes so much sense
