🍴 POIREAUX VINAIGRETTE À MA FAÇON 💾 Enregistre pour garder la recette sous le coude Pour 2 personnes : - 2 poireaux - 150g de pain - 2 œufs - 20 g de noisettes - 1 gousse d’ail - Filet d’huile d’olive Pour la sauce : - 1 càs de moutarde à l’ancienne - 1 càs de moutarde - 1 càs de miel - 1 gousse d’ail - 2 càs de vinaigre balsamique - 3 càs d’huile d’olive - 1 càs d’eau - Sel, poivre Étapes : 1. Bien laver les poireaux puis couper en tronçons. 2. Bouillir les poireaux pendant 15-20min. Avant de laisser refroidir. 3. Pendant ce temps couper le pain en cubes puis mélanger avec une gousse d’ail hachée et un filet d’huile d’olive. Sur la même plaque ajouter les noisettes. Faire cuire au air fryer ou four a 200 degrés pendant 5 min environ. 4. Mélanger tous les ingrédients de la sauce puis cuire l’œuf 6min dans l’eau bouillante avant de le plonger dans de l’eau glacée pour couper la cuisson puis l’écailler. 5. Concasser les noisettes en gros morceaux. 6. Dresser avec les poireaux, la sauce, les croûtons, noisettes et finalement l’œuf. 7.
