@nzstuff: There’s some strange goings on in the main street of Oamaru this Christmas, and it’s causing quite a stir. Involving waddling and webbed feet, the town is fast getting a reputation for odd shoppers possessing little in the way of decorum, and even less in conversational skills. Little Jewel, as the blue penguin chick has come to be known, appeared to be in no hurry to do its Christmas shopping.
