I had the beloved frozen shoulder as well as the hip thing. My physical therapist told me it’s more helpful to strengthen the muscles around the sore joints and tendons than to stretch them.

PT 4x-numerous injections in hip/lumbar areas...no relief
2 hours max sleep at a time.

I began lifting weights, best thing ever. 4 years in, and feel better than I did at 30, am now 50. I squat 120lbs and deadlift 140lbs. it's a quality of life thing.

Yup! Saw a sports med guy who confirmed that having one leg shorter definitely contributed to the gluteal tendinopothy for sure. HRT has helped too!

I stopped eating sugar. Hip pain went away. Ate sugar. It came back. Stopped sugar it went away again. Anti inflammatory diet might help too

I just got a foam mattress topper and it has made a world of difference for me. I no longer feel like I’m one small movement away from seizing up my low back.

I bought a grounding mat off of Amazon and it has helped me tremendously. I put it under my fitted sheet. I have been dealing with this pain for 2+yr and I’m on HRT

When you walk swing your arms. It helps work and strengthen your hip muscles- trust me. Lift your knees and arms up in the air- 25x - 4 reps once a day to strengthem muscles - we sit too much
