I would eliminate the hallway by moving the bedroom door to the living room, expanding the walk in closet and the bathroom the whole width of the hallway, and moving the bathroom door south.

Now there's no dining room, the dining table is tiny, the bathroom is not accessible from the bedroom and you need to walk to the other side of the apartment to get to the bedroom from the living room

I'd probably flip the bathroom and kitchen, make the bedroom the lounge room, lounge the bedroom. Leave the study as is.
