The car was in there. For an oil change, only no need for a test drive. i would be calling the police & suing the dealership

Look at the papers you signed you must have gave them permission to “test drive” it that means if they think getting lunch is a test then there allowed to take it

Happened to my father in 1985, dropped off his 85 mustang gt for first oil change, he was at a mall up the street and mechanic was doing donuts in mall parking lot !!!
