I hate....when they pull that. They order for pick up and come in and go we want to get it now we're here..it doesn't work that way it's a whole different computer set up...they have to scan it etc

Im guessing the Walmart app has an option to pick up the order at the store in your nearest location. Amazon does that. If so, then its on the customer for not picking that option.

I saw some dude complaining about this on Twitter. He wanted to pick up his package from Best Buy because he couldn't wait for it to be delivered and got mad at the employees. Class act that guy.
