The Preppers Pantry :
The no overhang, sounds like you're speaking from experience.

Nice tip with the log to prevent the axe hitting the ground and smaller log chopping. Same for locating the dry wood. Keep up the good work.

Apparently many people haven’t hiked off trail. During hunting season I find enough downed trees to build a house.

I thought rotting wood was pretty decent firewood especially since it’s rotted, like a nice wood to keep it going, am I wrong??

I ❤️my Fiskars Axe. That saw looks pretty cool, probably cuts better than my Dad's old saws. Maybe it's time to invest in a better saw.

People don't understand that when we talk about dry or seasoned wood, it can still be rained in but be dry. It's the moisture trapped in the wood we are talking about. Dry but wet wood will burn

Smart! The critiques are probably coming from folks who have never foraged for fire wood in the wild.
