@thebellabradshaw: I’m not ashamed of my past. If anything, it’s a reminder of how far I’ve come. In my lifetime I’ve experienced both fat shaming and skinny shaming. Both mutually hurt. However, I was bruised, but I’m not broken. I use each to fuel me to go harder at the gym, in my business, & with my personal relationships with friends, family, & partners. The only time I will fold is while doing laundry. This is just a reminder that anyone trolling you at any capacity are people who are miserable with their own existence, and by putting others down, they feel like the better person. Broken people feel the need to break others down to have someone else to sulk in their misery. Rise above it and continue to be the best version of yourselves, regardless of all the outside noise.
