Take it to The Row’s NYC flagship store to get it authenticated and record it. Then return back to Saks with the video proof. Make a copy of your receipt

People will buy and then return a fake. I worked for a brand where it was a big problem. The warehouses aren't usually equipped with people who can authenticate which is problem if you sell luxury.
