You have the clients, you have people waiting in front of the door. The idea is not to do a special discount. You don't have 10% off if you sign today. You sell luxury. You sell something with value so the price is gonna be the same. If they sign today or in ten days. Discount is another question. But the idea of pushing the client to sign right now it's just the best way to make them leave.
