@cheatmeats: Herb Crusted Christmas Roast ๐ Let this Harvey Beef scotch fillet roast be the star of your Christmas feast with our latest recipe below ๐ Rolled in plenty of delicious Christmas colours then roasted in the oven this is a must-try. Recipe below; - Remove any silver skin from the outside of the 2kg scotch fillet roast. - Apply a light layer of olive oil then season all sides with plenty of salt and cracked pepper. - For the herb crust finely chop fresh Italian parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme, red chilli and cranberries. - Add all of the chopped ingredients to a tray, mix together and lay out flat. - Place the seasoned roast ontop of the bed of herbs and roll until all sides are covered. - Twine the roast tightly to maintain an even cook then place on to a roasting rack. - Add a halved bulb of garlic to the tray and drizzle olive oil over the roast and garlic. - Place in to a preheated oven set to 180C for roughly 1.5hrs. - Once the roast has hit an internal temp of 54C at both ends remove and allow to rest for 15 minutes. - Slice in to thick steaks then spread the roasted garlic over the top. - Serve alongside your favourite Christmas sides and enjoy ๐ #cheatmeats #harveybeef #christmas #roast #bbq #meat #roastbeef #ribroast #ribeye #barbecue #steak #ribeyeroast #christmasrecipes #beef #australianbeef #carnivore #perthfood #keto
