You just have to put your parking brake put the truck in first or in LO and release the clutch slowly accelerating then you release the parking brake with no releasing full clutch.

Truck driver here. Put it in low, release the clutch slowly then rev to 1800rpm. Then shove it in first with a single clutch use at 1400rpm
