@voxtapestudios: Do I still got it? 🙈 Back when I was still at college I had the opportunity to audition for a manager in Nashville. I first sent him a video of me singing You Lost Me by Christina Aguilera. I didn’t hear back for a week… Thinking that I had nothing left to lose I decided to send him a clip of me singing The Story by Brandi Carlile at a sound check. Just a couple hours later he called me and said that that was amazing and that he wanted to start working together. That’s how important song choice is! We see it in talent shows like America’s Got Talent all the time! The judges don’t like the first song, they ask the contestant to sing another one and boooom they love it.
