the name of honey or any one hunny is good?1 teaspoon of honey .1 teaspoon of cylone cinnamon 1 teaspoon lemon juice powder .2 tablespoons of apple cider (mother) and I cup of warm water .Wrote this for myself to.remember .Thanks.
