@translating_falasteen: An Israeli bombardment today struck near the Al-Aman Kindergarten in North Gaza, where our Translating Falasteen x The Sameer Project North campaign was holding a mental health support initiative for children. The mood quickly shifted from joy and celebration to panic and fear. Thankfully, no children inside the kindergarten, whose name ironically means "safety" in English, were harmed in the attack. This just goes to show how much these mental health initiatives we are holding are needed. These moments of panic and fear have become extremely common in these children's life. Unfortunately, all that we did today was quickly undone by this bombardment. Thank you to all who continue to support us. We will definitely be holding more of these fun-filled days in the future despite today's events.
