I wasn't diagnosed until my 20s so my parents didn't know why my sleep schedule was so strange. but my mom would quietly bake cookies with me at 3 am. it's a wonderful memory

How do you even train your circadian rhythm for this. My kids were always up all night and I just shushed them back to sleep and sometimes ignored them bc I just couldn’t wake up.
