@tylerpath: Hitting new PRs is always fun, but I promise you that your future self will thank you if you always maintain good form. This means nerfing the amount of weight your egolifting self can handle. My first injury happened back when I was 17 from deadlifting with poor form. I still get lower back pain til this day. I’d rather hit 225 for 10 with good form than 315 for one and risk injury on a 1RM. (that hurt to type - but I know it’s the right answer)
