I've been cooking food for kids/grandkids for 45 years ,I have never ever seen anyone that cooks like you ,your amazing, I would be sweating over a recipe ,your miles better than all those tv cooks

Life this method. Before adding the cream I brush with melted white chocolate. This creates a barrier so that cream and fruit don’t make it soggy…. Delish

Made mine today for Christmas. It will be with pears, cream, dark chocolate drizzle and hazelnuts . Although it’s cracked so might be an Eton mess 😉

I made pavlova at the weekend and usually do cream and fruit but fancied a change. so I made a banoffee pavlova with caramel, banana,cream and crushed flakes on the top. It was a winner in our house.
