I’m on day 7 and icing with frozen cotton pads around my eyes and head helped a lot! Also muscle relaxers! 🫂

It gets better. I had nasal surgery and it takes 2-3 weeks for the pain to improve. It does get better though. You can do this. Also, it takes time to get full feeling sensation back in your nose.
