Social media has amplified my health anxiety. I understand people with cancer raising awareness and the urgency to get tested, but as a hypochondriac ,it literally sends me into full on panic to the point where everyday I feel like I’m dying. 🥺

I got an ekg and cardiography and she said there is nothing wrong with my heart..but that i should check my thyroid cause my heart beats fast(it was 125bmp cause i was having a panick attack) idk
