Club is wide open the entire backswing, learn how to use your chest to start the back swing. Your hands are going back first then your body. Body starts and finishes

Takeaway is outside so try taking the club head inside more and to keep your torso and arms connected, use a towel under your armpits and keep the towel from falling. Looks like your stance is closed
