@mollysringlets: A successful curl routine starts in the shower ‼️ Washing my hair like this has truly changed my life.. that may sound like an exaggeration but honestly I’ve only properly felt comfortable wearing my hair curly after I learnt how to properly wash them, so it’s true 😌🩷 The things I make sure to do👇 💦 1: I always shampoo my roots, mids and ends. I mention this allllll the time but it’s super important! Curly people use styling products on their mids and ends, therefore, it’s important that these get properly cleansed too! 🧼 💦 2: I always aim to get seaweed hair, if I achieve seaweed hair then I know my curls are going to be hydrated, soft and less frizzy 🫶🏼 - How to get seaweed hair: wash out shampoo, add your hair mask, brush to remove knots, wash out. As you’re washing it out, your hair will hopefully have a similar appearance to seaweed 💦 3: I always scrunch the water from my hair instead of towel-drying.
