I had fusion surgery 2 years ago and I was back to fully cheering after a year, (it’s hard, but not impossible). From looking at your page, I’m sure you will be back at it in no time! You got this! 💚

I had spinal fusion 4 years ago when I was 12 years old. It’s tough but you will bounce back. I’m now a competitive athlete again. It will be okay

i got a spinal fusion i regret getting it i got 3 failed epidural’s and the pain is worse i wish i would’ve waited until i was older obviously everyone is dif but i wish someone would have told me🩷
