Simplest solution is for their to be a password. If you want to sell, trade, etc. you need to know the password. No password no documentation changes allowed period!!!

Fraudulent documents get through courts everyday. It makes me wonder are they just signing it or actually checking it

It’s a lot harder if you have a mortgage because the scammer would have to payoff the note. Properties owned outright are the issue.
