my budgie is always near a window hanging on a hook from ceiling. he obviously wants to fly or be cuddled🙏

I had a budgie do this. we just decided to leave the door open so he could come and go as he wanted and got him a big parrot cage with bars closer together. this actually helped him bond with us.

i used to cut the first two lines of the cage thingies there and my budgie taught himself how to leave and enter his cage on his own again (dw i only openend my window when i put smth on the opening)
