I personally use cloudways cloud servers, depending on the customer I either put them on their own small server or I have a couple of larger servers that have multiple sites on

I use 20i Reseller Hosting. it allows me to add AWS servers also if I have some custom needs. but it's quite cheap and their support is great. (I don't work for them, just love them which is rare)
