Link in my bio 🙌🏼🧡 Macros: makes 10 burritos  320 calories 23 G protein 7 g fat 33 g carb  Ingredients: 2 bell peppers, diced 1/2 medium white onion, diced  1 ln yellow potatoes, diced  1/2 lb 95% lean ground beef  1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 taco seasons packet 1/2 cup reduced fat taco blend cheese 10 reduced calorie burrito wraps Olive oil cooking spray  Egg mixture: 2 3/4 cup egg whites ( I used egg beaters) 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, blended  Instructions: 1. Start by dicing up veggies, adding to a lined baking sheet and baking at 400F for 40-50 mins unlit everything is cooked through. Make sure to move veggies around on baking sheet halfway through cooking  2. Make egg mixture by combing egg whites and blended cottage cheese. 3. Once veggies are cooked, remove from oven, top with lean ground beef and return to oven at 400F for about 10mins for meat to cook through.  4. Once meat has browned up, remove from oven and pour in egg mixture, top with cheese and place back in oven at 375F for about 20-25 mins until egg is set 5. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting into slices. 6. Cut into 10 slices and begin building burritos. 7. Seal burritos by browning broth sides in a skillet and store in parchment paper or aluminum foil in the fridge.  8. Keep up to 4 days in fridge, if storing longer, store in the freezer  9. When ready to eat heat up in microwave and enjoy!!
