Ems is short staffed because of the horrible management and conditions and also many people call for an ambulance for non emergent reasons.

Yup it's me again :
that is insane! no defib in the building? no staff with CPR training? no one came knowing it was a possible heart emergency? no one said she wasn't breathing etc? so so so much went wrong... so sad 😭

I don't know why people wait for the Ambulance like look how long it took them to take her to the hospital like you guys need to react more quick and get her to the hospital faster you waited 30mins And you're gonna blame the ambulance💯
