Not always are unions are great. Such as 10 year professors. There are some professors that are so checked out and hare their job and project it on their students, but they won’t/can’t get fired.

umm yeah :
LOVE unions but I wish mine wasn't $40 each paycheck. Teacher salary is already too low, I wish there was another way to be apart of it without paying so much
