Full recipe! - 1/4 cup of butter - 1 tbs garlic - 1/4 cup of lemon juice (I like mine very lemony so use less if you don’t!) - Lemon zest to taste - 1 cup of pasta water - 1/2 cup of Parmesan (add in slowly) - I used 1 (ish) pound of fettuccine - Salt and pepper to taste (I recommend a lot of pepper) If it’s too thick, add more Parmesan, if it’s too thin, add more pasta water! #cookwithme #dinnerfordummies #yummy #Recipe #kitchen
