The ‘Crocband’ seems, well, like something I could wear in public, with a sneaker-style look on the outsole; without sacrificing that classic croc feel they are so well known for.

I’m a size 8 or 8.5 depending on the brand, but I got these in 9 and they fit great with socks and barefoot.
They are far more comfortable than those fake crocs I had—you get what you pay for and these are usually under or around $50.
