wouldn't the thermal paste be soft enough to pull of the aio since it was just on usually you only have to wiggle it if it was off for a while

I got my first graphics card used. other than having a bad pin in the hdmi port, it was solid and still works but I upgraded and store it away.

I am upgrading from an i5 4590 to a i7 4790 on my dell optiplex 9020 sff and my thing was blinking so I think that I need to manually download the bios version first than I can reswap it
