Have you tried a convex wafer? Or a brava ostomy barrier strip? Those two together have done wonders for my husband because he has high output.

my son had one when he was 3 😔. we went thru it even thoe his wasn't permanent thank goodness. but he hated it , I hated it. after he had it reversed he unfortunately didn't gain weight he's 13 now
