“learning smth new” doesn’t have to be worldbuilding or info-dumps. It just means everything you’re communicating has a purpose, and that CAN BE emotional, characterization, tone, thematic, etc

i’ve heard that when writing dialogue, it should always been telling the reader something. because of this, i find it difficult to grow relationships showing their personalities
