Listed here for easier reading: - 10 pullups in a row - 25+ pushups in a row - Sub-8 minute mile - Bodyweight bench press - 1.5x bodyweight back squat - 2x bodyweight deadlift - 2+ minute plank - Touching your toes w/out bending your knees - Touching your fingertips behind your back - 50m bodyweight farmer’s carry - 10 full burpees in a row Each of these would be considered beginner/early intermediate achievements for the people that train them. Which means they’re also very easy to get and maintain. If you can do all of these, then statistically you will have a markedly lower risk of all cause mortality, which is a good enough reason by itself to get all of these. Not to mention if you can do all of these, you’re going to be more athletic than probably 99% of the population. You might actually be one of those who is fit enough to survive the zombie apocalypse. But seriously, it’s 100% achievable to get all of these within two years of training as a guy as long as you’re not crippled.
