I have the same machine, but my clothes come out dirtier than before. I regularly do the tub clean cycle and clean the filters after every load of laundry, so I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

I saw a video where the person with a similar machine unscrewed the nozzel on the bottom centre and there was a whole lot of dirt there.

take a screwdriver unclip that blue thingy at the bottom then take a ten socket and unscrew the bolt, and wash the machine properly. and the plug at the back needs cleaning too.

You did great. My husband fixes appliances and spar sells a washing machine descaler. You can do that once ever few months aswell. helps the machine last longer.

thank you sonmuch for this video, just went and cleaned mine, darn it was gross, never cleaned it since I bought it 2023, and the clothes were coming out dirty. been meaning to call in a plumber ❣️

Ok cool cleaning it out but corse salt could get into the drain pump and mess up the impeler.

You see the grey part where the filter clicks on to? And around the drum? Thats where you’ll find gold! Half day’s job but your machine and clothes will thank you
