when i achieve something it suddenly is garbage because if i was able to achieve it, it probably meant it wasn’t that big/important/hard to do in the first place

Curious how many of us like this were gifted kids because achievement in childhood was always the expectation. So now we can’t celebrate anything because we were supposed to do it anyways

Yeah and celebrating with others feels embarrassing somehow but only for me and not for them lol. I love to celebrate other peoples accomplishments but mine are just another checklist to me
