I’ve researched this and apparently you don’t need to dump. Depending on how much you’ve drunk I suppose but a few would be fine. I had my Botox done so pumped and froze for baths instead of dumping x

It’s a myth u have to throw away the first pump… alcohol stays longer in the bloodstream therefore just stop drinking while breastfeeding just the same you do when being pregnant!!!
