Most studios I go to will give you one or two exceptions especially when it’s an emergency. It’s not good business for that place to do that to you! 😢 When you use up your package find another studio

I swear customer service has gotten so bad in the past year, I refuse to pay a premium to be treated badly esp around physical exercise. Equinox was like this in my expierence.

It really is terrible. I deal with that too. My old Pilates studio if you didn’t give 12 hrs notice you still got charged. ridiculous

They can’t sell your spot in one hour. maybe they had to refuse other clients for your spot, but giving them one hour notice , it’s a loss for the company
