When I was a nanny I did a “15min cleanup/reset” in the afternoons, the kids could help me clean or go relax quietly in bed with a silent toy or book. They always chose bed & fell asleep 😆😆😆

That is so smart! We started putting a sleep sack on my toddler for bed time and nap time so she stops trying to crawl out of her crib, and that makes her fall asleep so much faster

I'm so glad this came across my fyp. I saw another one where someone asks their kid if they want a 5min nap or a 1 hour nap. and the kid always chooses 5min lol and obviously sleeps way longer

My mom said we could stay up as late as we wanted to on weekends and then would make a blanket bed in front of the tv and put on fantasia, passed out in 20m every time. 😂🤡
