Ask the dermatologist for accutane. It will literally cure the acne. I've been off of it for 6 years and the a new still has not come back, i was on it for 7 months

Tretinoin only goes up to 0.1%, your best bet is to go with accutane.

You should be able to go up to tretinoin.1%. Or See if they can substitute the tretinoin for Cabtreo. It’s a new medication that is great for cystic acne! Good luck babe
