This may sound crazy but check a vacuum leak around intake ports it may be so small that it’ll start and run but mess with long term fuel trim Ive ran into that on those cars replace intake gaskets

If it’s only lean on bank 1 it eliminates all fuel and sensor issuses. You have a vacuum leak somewhere. Or swap bank 1 injectors to to bank 2. See if the issue follows the injectors

Spray brake cleaner on vacuum lines, intake, and injector o-rings while watching your short terms. If you happen spray a leak, your short terms will go into severe fuel cut

wouldn't it be the downstream sensor not the upstream that would throw the lean code? that's IF it WAS an 02 sensor issue that is. have you checked MAF sensor or even fuel pressure regulator?

I had this issue with my 2003 ram 1500 SLT 5.7 I went crazy after I put an intake on it and was running supper lean on bank 1 side, replace o2s sensors and all made sure not Bosch

I had the same issue with my srt8 it ended up being a crack piston on the top part, same symptoms, leaner on one side than the other, replaced sensors and gaskets, nothing fix it

Does it have fuel pressure regulators on each fuel rail, where’s the fuel line in and is the side on the first or second side from the fuel in
