I had this issue with my 2003 ram 1500 SLT 5.7 I went crazy after I put an intake on it and was running supper lean on bank 1 side, replace o2s sensors and all made sure not Bosch

Spray brake cleaner on vacuum lines, intake, and injector o-rings while watching your short terms. If you happen spray a leak, your short terms will go into severe fuel cut

This may sound crazy but check a vacuum leak around intake ports it may be so small that it’ll start and run but mess with long term fuel trim Ive ran into that on those cars replace intake gaskets

watch rpm data and spray some carb cleaner around the runners at the heads, could just be a gasket on the intake manifold. o2 could be stuck in closed loop if youre tuned

Ran into a v6 Chevy with lean codes and found the purge valve was weak, replaced and fuel trims are good, I know different manufacture but might be a good check?

I had an 08 jeep srt8 with the same code it ended up being the intake gaskets. From what ive heard they go out often on these 6.1’s

Put Mopar spark plugs back in it. The Mopar, spark plugs burn hotter than Champion or auto lite plugs.

I've seen oil leaking on the downstream O2 sensors have caused issues even though they're supposed to monitor catalysts, they're the only thing that also monitor the upstream O2's

I've actually had these have a vacuum leak from the rear main seal creating a lean condition.

Try swapping out your mass airflow meter sometimes if faulty will throw a P0 171 code
