Make sure they don’t have bird flu. I’m not sure if that’s a thing over seas. But here in Australia a lot of chickens are dying from it and I’m pretty sure it can spread to the other chickens

Introduce new chickens at night in the coop when the rest of your flock is sleeping, it’s worked everytime for me.. sorry about your two chickies 🥺

Just be aware when introducing new chickens you should keep them seperate from your flock for a couple days in case they are sick

tbh all of my problems were caused by the rooster. we had 7 hens and 1 rooster and he was still causing problems so we got rid of him and now i just have hens and they’ve stopped picking on eacother

I grew up near a canyon in sd and our chickens got killed/eaten by coyotes one by one it was so sad

That had happened to one of mine and I cried so hard , made my husband get her out of there and took care of her until she was better 😭.
